Atkore

My experience at Atkore followed the true path of an Instructional Designer as I was navigating through the ADDIE process on the manufacturing floor. 

The roadmap image reflects the steps an ID would take in order to create training manuals for each role within the facility. At the end of each project there would be a Job Chart (storyboard), Qualification Standards, Work Instructions, Field Guides and Job Aids.

The team had a chance to develop content on Articulate and Dominknow to compare which program would be best suitable for company needs. Snagit! and Canva were used for editing videos and images. Final documents were created on Word.

Collaboration with the safety team, leadership, and trainers was the key to success for these projects.
