-Developed standardized training documentation for 5+ facilities by conducting on-site technical needs analysis to ensure procedural consistency throughout the company.

- Collaborated with safety to improve employee safety training material by incorporating instructional design principles.

-Partnered with cross-functional teams and 15+ field leaders to identify learning needs for a program rollout impacting 60+ leaders across multiple casual dining brands
