Online Ordering Pilot Program

Scope: This project was completed by Jourdan Hanna in the Fall of 2023. It includes a comprehensive needs analysis created using subject matter experts who work in online ordering and provided valuable insights throughout the process. The project was developed into a hybrid learning module using PowerPoint. The project was presented to an audience, and metrics were taken and evaluated to assess the success of the learning module.
